The Market Makers Mobile Diary app gives representatives the ability to access appointments wherever they are, directly on their mobile device.

The ‘Your Diary’ screen shows a list of upcoming appointments that have been booked by our telemarketing team. Clicking through on an appointment brings up all of the important details about the client. There are useful buttons for contacting the client via phone or email, visit their website or get directions to the meeting using the device mapping app. Along with the functionality to add a calendar event for the appointment.

The ‘Lead Feedback’ section shows a list of previous appointments and provides the opportunity to report back on the quality of the meeting.
